Successful experiment regarding the organic soil improver BIOL 555 in a cherry cultivation

The organic soil improver BIOL 555, was used by the HELLENIC AGRICULTURAL ORGANIZATION (ELGO DIMITRA) in a two-year experiment in cherry cultivation.

The purpose of the experiment was to achieve rational fertilization to improve soil fertility and plant nutrition.

The application of BIOL 555 in combination with organic-chemical fertilizer (FERTECH 10-10-20 + 2ΜgO + 9S + 0,15B + 16% organic matter) had a positive outcome, as it confirms that the use of the organic substance for a number of years has positive effects on the productivity of the trees and the quality of the fruits compared to the application of chemical fertilizer 12-11-18.
